Thank you for shopping with Eversynths! Every item in our store is made to order. This means we only print and produce your gear once you place an order, which helps us avoid overproduction and reduce waste.

Please review our shipping details below so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Where We Ship

Currently, we ship exclusively to countries within the European Union (EU).

At this time, we do not support shipping to non-EU European countries (such as the UK, Switzerland, or Norway) or international destinations outside of the EU.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Because we use a print-on-demand model, your order delivery time is split into two parts: Fulfillment and Shipping.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time

1. Fulfillment Time

It takes 2–5 business days to create our apparel and prepare your order for shipment.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order is printed and packed, it is handed over to the carrier. For shipments within the EU, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days.

Most EU orders are fulfilled from facilities located within the EU (such as Latvia or Spain) to ensure the fastest possible transit times.

Overall, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 13 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your exact location within the EU. You will be able to review the final shipping cost before completing your payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Because we ship exclusively to EU member states and fulfill our orders from within the EU, you will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Issues with Your Delivery

Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait an additional 2 business days as carrier delays can occasionally happen. If your package is still missing, contact us at support@eversynths.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will investigate or arrange a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to receive top-quality products. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us at support@eversynths.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number, and we will get a replacement sent out to you at no cost.

Undeliverable Packages & Wrong Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you. Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will also require a reshipment fee.
