Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except where explicitly required by the laws applicable to your delivery address, or where an item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference. Please review size guides carefully before placing your order.
Damages, Defects & Misprints
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item. Contact us at support@eversynths.com within 30 days of receiving the product, and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return the item.
European Union — Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the statutory right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at support@eversynths.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without first notifying us will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
United Kingdom — Statutory 14-day right to cancel
If the merchandise is being shipped to the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at support@eversynths.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without first notifying us will not be accepted.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, please contact us at support@eversynths.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence, and we will make it right.
Refunds
Where a return or replacement is approved (EU/UK statutory rights, or defective/damaged/misprinted items), we will notify you once we've reviewed the case and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
